What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released. As a new business, we feel that this is the best way to see what our clients are interested in. In the interest of keeping our customers as informed as possible, we will notify you when your order goes into production and when it gets shipped out.

How do I pre-order an item?

Add it to your shopping cart just like any other item. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with a reference number. 

What happens if the release date changes? Will I be notified?

Although we do not expect delays, there could be possible setbacks. If this happens to an item you've pre-ordered, we'll send you an update via email.

Can I pick up my pre-ordered item locally once it's been released?

At this time, all pre-ordered items will be shipped.

Where can I go to view the items I have on pre-order?

To view items you have on pre-order, check the e-mail account you used to make your purchase and find the confirmation e-mail from us. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it. Once you've located the e-mail, click 'View Your Order.'

Will I be notified when my pre-order ships?

Yes. You will be notified via e-mail and/or on the Shop app.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If it has already shipped and you decide to return it, it must be unopened, and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
